Information you provide
Enquiry forms collect your name, company, work email, country, optional phone, selected interests, and project requirements. Application forms also collect a PDF CV. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Purpose and service providers
We use information to respond to enquiries and review applications. Configured processing uses Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection, Vercel hosting, and private Vercel Blob storage for CVs. These providers may process information internationally. Hosting and security services may record technical request data.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries are held for the period needed to respond and manage an engagement. Application CVs have a target retention of 90 days; the configured daily retention job deletes expired private uploads. Email copies require separate review and deletion. Request access, correction, or deletion through info@umassociates.us, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
CV access
CVs are stored privately. Email includes a storage identifier for authorized administrators, not a publicly accessible download. No uploaded documents are published on this website.
Deployment review
The operator must confirm its legal entity details, jurisdiction, applicable lawful basis, and actual retention procedures before public launch. No office address or legal entity has been invented.
